What makes CaseWORTH different from other products?

How does CaseWORTH integrate with other products?
Many firms use CaseWORTH as a stand alone tool, but it is designed to work with other Practice Management and Document Management systems.
Since CaseWORTH is a CMS there is no shared information between cases (except a global list of medical providers). This allows each CaseWORTH case to be stored in a file (like a Word document) rather than in a centralized database. This means a CaseWORTH case file can be attached to any PMS that includes a document management system. Use your PMS to track your contacts, cases, calendar and so on as normal. Use your case records in your PMS as you always have. When you want to see the financial details or supporting documentation for a case, just open the attached CaseWORTH case file like you would any Word or Excel file.
Every PMS is different so how CaseWORTH integrates with each is also different. But if your PMS supports attached documents then it will work with CaseWORTH.
There is also a link built especially for the WORLDOX Enterprise Document Management System. This link allows a firm with WORLDOX to save CaseWORTH cases directly into the WORLDOX system and query the system to find a CaseWORTH case file.
We have recently made arrangements with several Practice Management Software (PMS) vendors to develop direct data links with their products. We are working hard to make these ready for release. What does the future hold for CaseWORTH?
CaseWORTH users are very passionate about the product. Many are paralegals that are doing all this work manually already. CaseWORTH still requires data to be entered, but once the information is in, it self organizes and updates the math as new entries are made. The reports save the paralegal considerable time and effort so it is no surprise that they love it. We honestly have had two different paralegals tell us they told their boss they would quit if they didn’t buy CaseWORTH for them.
This passion leads to many suggestions from users on ways to make the program even better. We have just released version 2 that includes a number of features that came directly from user requests.
